Cafe Manager

Travellers Cafe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the operations of our bustling cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cafe operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control
• Train and motivate cafe staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain cleanliness standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies
• Create and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management, with a strong track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
